Within a few months, I was training on power presses and did a power press training course, which helped me progress to become a setter operator. Within a few years, I was given the opportunity to do a leadership course, which has led me to become a fully competent team leader. With new machinery at Envases Liverpool, I continue to upskill and develop in my role.”
