Decorative packaging that is worth saving reminds the consumers of Kellogg’s at the breakfast table.
During a summer campaign, Kellogg’s once more used metal packaging as a means of promotion in the store.
"Normally, the summer time is a period without much activity and very little sales promotion is taking place in the shops due to the holidays.
Nevertheless, the metal can is a good alternative for in-store promotion as the packaging itself sells the product”, says Kajsa Petersson, Nordic Product Manager at Kellogg’s Special K.
Our goal is to create a packaging so beautiful that it consequently functions as a decorative item in the home so that the consumer saves it. Thus, functioning as a sort of in-store promotion, the metal packaging sells – more than once.
