By replacing old, inefficient lighting sources with energy-efficient LED solutions in four of our Danish factories, we now save 800 tons of CO2 per year! Between 2016 and 2022, we completed a total of 19 lighting projects in our Hedensted, Løsning, Odense, and Skive factories.
The carbon savings we achieved in this time frame have been crucial to our ongoing sustainability.
Envases has made a significant leap toward sustainability by upgrading to energy-saving LED lighting in several of our Danish production facilities. This transition not only slashes our electricity usage by up to 80%, but it also helps cut down our carbon emissions by 800 tons annually, bringing us closer to our environmental goals.

What’s more, three of our new LED lighting systems in our Odense factory are smart click-rail panels, which allow us to move the fixtures throughout the site, ensuring employees get the best possible light wherever they need it.
By making this simple transition, we have reduced our electrical power consumption by up to 80% and made huge strides towards becoming an even more sustainable business.
