Strengthening Local Communities in Europe

At Envases, we believe that our social responsibility extends beyond the boundaries of our company. We believe strong communities grow when passionate people make a difference, and we want to help them do even more.

We launched the Envases employee sponsorship program to support stronger engagement in the local communities where we operate. Each year, we award 10 dedicated employees a sponsorship of €1,000 for their voluntary organisation or association.

The sponsorship program is our way of contributing to stronger communities while celebrating the voluntary efforts that make a real difference.

The sponsorship program is already creating visible results across our European locations. From fire stations to soccer fields and a lot more to come.

Firestation in Germany

In Öhringen, Germany, the volunteer firefighters from Freiwillige Feuerwehr Bretzfeld (Dept. Waldbach) used their support to improve facilities at the fire station.

Their new cooling system keeps beverages cold, while the response team is out on a job. When they return to the station, they can now quench their thirst with an ice-cold, and well-deserved, drink.

Soccer in Liverpool

In Liverpool, United Kingdom, Litherland Athletics FC used the sponsorship to equip the club’s boys’ team with durable all-weather jackets. The jackets ensure the players can continue their outdoor training throughout the winter. Staying active all season helps support the club’s important role as a local hub for health and community.

Kayak Slalom in Győr

In Győr, Hungary, Győri Vizisport Egyesület — Hungary’s first kayak slalom club — is also one of the winners of the Envases sponsorship.

The club’s youth team has already represented Hungary at the European Championship, and many younger athletes have also represented the club in smaller international competitions.

Through the Envases sponsorship, the team has secured special clothing so the athletes can continue their water training year-round and improve their skills regardless of weather conditions.
