Our customers’ product quality often relies on packaging that seals completely. This places high demands on the sealing mechanism, equipment, and handling.
Envases’ Technical Customer Service Department provides expert technical advice throughout the production process to maximize our customers’ production capabilities and to help secure the highest quality of the finished product.
We assist you from development to the actual production start. In the development phase, we provide technical presentations and guidance regarding the demand for production equipment and investments.
When ready to implement, we can help with equipment adjustments and the training of seam technicians. During production, we offer maintenance and general production assistance for line optimization.
Europe only
Choosing the right packaging equipment is not enough – the equipment also needs to be handled correctly. We therefore offer to train technicians and operators in how to run and maintain seaming machines. Our in-house Seaming School hosts the courses.
On the first day we study the theory. While on the second day, we teach the employees how to handle all aspects of the seaming process. This ensures that production starts effectively and safely.
Envases conducts the planned course programmes at our Odense facility in Denmark. The training can either take place at our premises in Denmark. Alternatively, we can run the two-day course directly at the customer’s production plant. We offer the courses in Danish and English. There is also the option of adapting the written material to other languages.
