Club Can lid improves product, process, and user experience

The improved Club can lid gives you an easier seaming process, a safer product and an improved tab strength.

Most importantly, the lid has full periphery curling including corners and short sides. It means that the new lid needs no pre-curling prior to seaming. This secures better seaming properties of the lids, which leads to an easier and more reliable seaming process.

Furthermore, we have improved the type of compound and the method of applying it, ensuring that the compound will be applied with greater precision in terms of quantity and placement. It secures a safer seaming and avoids application of excessive compound.

Finally, the opening tab has been improved and redesigned. It is now stronger and has an anti-rotation rivet for better attachment and a better end-user experience.
